CUT Application form 2024-2025

For the academic year 2024–2025, the Central University of Technology (CUT) will host an online application window. Due to the tremendous demand for admission to numerous universities, the CUT has chosen to go online. CPUT application forms are available in this post.

Application procedures and requirements for graduate, undergraduate degree, diploma program, and postgraduate admission for the academic year 2024–2025 at CUT. For admission into the various Postgraduate programs offered by the institution for the 2024–2025 academic session on a full-time and part-time basis, the authorities of the Central University of Technology, CUT, invite applications from suitably qualified candidates who are high school graduates, non-school graduates, and graduates from recognized institutions. We sincerely invite qualified applicants to submit applications.

Dates of Application Opening and Closing 2024–2025

Open from July to November is the Central University of Technology Online Application for 2024. For the academic year 2024, we, therefore, advise potential students to submit their applications early using the online application form (Hard-Copy).

All applicants must pay a R 120.00 non-refundable application fee (for online applications). Please deposit using the following bank information, and upload the deposit slip along with the rest of the necessary paperwork.

Application Materials for the Central University of Technology for 2024

The following papers must be submitted to the Central University of Technology. They consist of:

if you are a citizen of South Africa, your ID
if you’re an international student, your passport
If you are under 18 years old, your parent’s ID or passport National Senior Certificate if you have already graduated
Your final Grade 11 results, as stamped by the institution
When they become available, grade 12 June results with the school’s stamp will be posted. Additionally, if you’ve applied for a selection program, email it to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za.
Your academic history, but only if you are a current student at another university that has received USAF accreditation from the South African universities’ examination authority. For conditional exemption, international conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption applications, visit mb.usaf.ac.za.

CENTRAL TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Depending on your desire, you can apply to the Central University of Technology (CUT) online or by mail by following the processes listed below.

Before the closing, submit your application with all required materials, including the application cost.
The results of your application will be communicated to you via email and/or SMS. It is crucial that you fill out this form with both your email and mobile information. Additionally, you can check the status of your admission online at https://pr.cut.ac.za/acadappstatus/.
Until their final matric results are submitted and space is available, current matriculants who meet the requirements based on their Grade 12 midterm performance are provisionally admitted (“first-come, first-served” basis).
Successful candidates will be admitted.
An acceptance notice and a registration guide with the registration dates and the orientation schedule will be sent to successful applicants.
