How to register UKZN Online 2024-2025

As students at UKZN, you probably know that registration for the upcoming academic year is underway. But what are the different options available to you, and how do you go about choosing the one that’s right for you? In this article, we’ll outline the various registration options and tell you about the pros and cons of each. We’ll also provide a guide on how to register online using UKZN’s system. So read on to find out everything you need to know about registering with UKZN!

This information encourages prospective University of Kwazulu-Natal UKZN students to fill out the application form online OR download it from the school’s website.

Every student who wishes to begin a new qualification must apply for admission to the University of Kwazulu-Natal UKZN via the University of Kwazulu-Natal UKZN online application system.

Dates for Registration Closure

  • 30 June for MBCHB
  • 30 September for all other programs

ENTRY FEES

  • R240 (SA citizen)
  • R300 (International student)
  • R465 (Late application fee for SA citizens)
  • R575 (Late application fee for international students)

Process of Registration

  • Before registering, make certain that:
  • You have been fully admitted (a firm offer) to the desired degree,
  • received financial clearance,
  • and cleared and/or removed all system holds on your student account in accordance with the University’s rules and policies.

How do I register online?

  • Observing all pre-registration requirements (above)
  • Navigate to the website sc.ukzn.ac.za.
  • Enter your student identification number
  • Enter your new/previous password and click login.
  • Go to the administration tab, then select register on I-Enabler and continue.
  • On the left side of the screen, click UKZN web registration and proceed as directed.
  • If you made a mistake, cancel the subject and re-select your subjects. To restart the process, press ‘Restart Process’ or “Previous” to change the selection in the previous screen.
  • In order to obtain student cards, new students must present their ID book to Risk Management Services.

Please keep in mind that the sessional deadlines for payment of registration fees and registration still apply.
