- The former Medical University of Southern Africa and the University of the North were combined on January 1, 2005, to create the University of Limpopo.
- In order to address the nation’s healthcare needs, the Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA) was founded in 1976 to offer tertiary education and training facilities to the educationally poor and disadvantaged in the fields of medicine, allied health, and nursing sciences, and dentistry.
- The Campus is located in Pretoria’s northwest. Its 350 ha of grounds, which are adjacent to the Ga-Rankuwa Township, are easily reachable by road and rail. Between Pretoria and Dr. George Mukhari Hospital, as well as between Mabopane and Medunsa, regular bus and taxi services are available.
Dates for Admission’s Start and Finish
Applications are now being accepted through November 1st.
