Welcome to the Academic Year 2024–2025 WSU Online Application Fee. We are thrilled to make our online application process available to applicants everywhere. You may quickly apply, check the status of your application, and follow the development of your application using this system. Please make use of this system as often as you can. For admissions purposes, the university takes into account a variety of post-matriculating certifications.

The following diplomas are recognized:

• The certificate for “Old Seniors”
• The N6 credential is also known as the National Senior Certificate (“NSC”) or National Certificate (“NCV”)
• Students currently enrolled in grade 12 must upload their grade 11 final grades as well as any interim grades that may be available.
• Candidates for post-matriculation must provide a copy of their matriculation or equivalent certificate, academic transcript, and ID or passport.

For entrance into some programs, some departments may consider an exception for mature age. You can contact the admissions office at supportappl@wsu.ac.za for more details.

Transferring pupils

Other tertiary institution students may apply and submit the necessary paperwork:
